Oh, that made me laugh…. I bet you are feeling a bit weary of your soggy summer! I wonder if they arks on Amazon? 😉. So happy you got a giggle, thank you Fraggle! ☮️❤️🙂
Haha, thank you Liza, a great share. That is a positive way to see life indeed. I shall stop looking at my roof now and go buy some picnic chairs and a table. Well said…and delightful drawings. May I invite them all to my picnic? And of course you too 🤗🤣❤️🙏
Of course! I’ll be checking my mailbox for the invite, although I hear if you print the image out and add water, they come to life (wink)😉. So delighted you enjoyed this post, thank you Mark!
Haha and yayyyy! I’ll have to try that and get a party going 🤣 Thank you for a lovely share kind lady, may there be many more positives like that in our lives 🤗❤️🙏
Thank you Catherine!
For my next illustration I am going to try something new, creating an actual composition (!) instead free working. I’m actually quite excited to see what happens!
❤️☮️🙂
The birds and rabbits are so cheering! I wouldn’t mind losing a ceiling for that. I wish you could add our visiting mouse to your illustration. He found a hole in our tiled roof and seems to have taken up residence. We’ve blocked the hole now but can’t seem to evict him. He’s so cute, though!
A visiting mouse in the roof tiles! Sounds like the perfect home for a story book character ❤️ I am going to give this some thought and quite possibly your guest will be in the next illustration, great idea! Thank you so much for your kind comments, ❤️☮️🙂
Just begin and go along until it feels good, however you wish 🙂 start with a sketch, and make it your own! Where I sometimes fall down, is when I begin to compare what I want it to look like (another artists work) and then the magic goes right out of it! Give it a go!
Haha if my ceiling fell down I’d gain a lake! So much rain here! I love your bunnies and birdies, made me smile a lot!

I wish I could draw and paint like you, the mouse is really adorable, so tiny with bright eyes and pink paws.
