As I was practicing a sketch and colour wash technique and illustrating these two lovely friends walking along with their shopping bags, I began to imagine their story. Well, once their story was entertaining itself in my mind, quite naturally I had to Illustrate Pidge, Val, and the hat-adventure that brought them together!
